RoboStone

HTM GROUP Marmara Stone Imports, LLC located in Elmsford, New York to be the first natural stone fabricator within the United States to house the RoboStone in our fabrication unit for use and sale display. This new high production robotic system is a 6-axis or 7-axis robot that has 360 degrees of rotation which defines the working area. This system is designed for the programming of the robot with an incorporated exact 3D simulation to replicate any object desired within a few minutes. The system performs a quick analysis and trouble shoots for possible positioning or collision programming errors. The RoboStone is capable of working on granite, marble, limestone, concrete, cement, solid surfaces and all types of stone in general. Along with glass, plastic, wood and much more. With its water jet or saw cutting capabilities, the functions of the RoboStone is almost endless; this system can profile and polish, drilling, carving, routing, engraving, spraying, sanding. Your options to create are endless, we can fabricated countertops, memorial headstones, mausoleums, architectural statues, fireplaces, fountains, stairs, railing, columns, embossing, panels, mosaics, etc.
